She reaches out to the the other agent involved in a friendly way, but with a mind to get things done and keep things moving. She also knows many of the other agents. She has a large team of trade’s people to provide support where needed to counter an offer with facts or provide services for repairs after closing. She truly wants you to be happy with your home purchase and will work to see that through and provide support if needed after closing.
