I am thrilled to write a glowing review for Alison, our exceptional real estate agent. Alison has now helped me purchase three houses and sold another for my wife - and each transaction has been absolutely seamless from start to finish. Alison's dedication to her clients is truly unmatched. She has an incredible ability to get deals done no matter what obstacles may arise, and she never takes no for an answer. She goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are satisfied and informed every step of the way, making the stressful process of buying or selling a home as smooth and effortless as possible. I cannot thank Alison enough for her tireless work on my and my wife's behalf, and for her unwavering commitment to delivering results. Her professionalism, expertise, and unwavering drive make her an absolute pleasure to work with, and I would recommend her services to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Thank you, Alison, for another successful purchase and for being the best real estate agent around!

We were relatively unfamiliar with the greater Tucson area when we accidentally met Alison Hurd, on what we now consider our lucky day. We have found her not only pleasant to work with, but with outstanding honesty, integrity and experience. Our house ran in to a few problems, both major and minor, but with her experience (and connections) she solved them in a timely fashion, so that we closed escrow about 6 weeks after putting the house on the market, which we feel is pretty unusual in this current housing market. Over the years, we have dealt with a number of realtors. Alison would fall into the top 2 or 3, if not the top one. We would be pleased to recommend her whole heartedly.

Shes very responsive, patient, and knowledgeable. She has a ton of great connection and advocates for you if you're too nice to! She's a great negotiator and incredibly generous. I would 100% recommend her to everyone.

I am a real estate investor. Alison is my favorite go to Realtor when I want to buy or sell property in Tucson, AZ. Alison is very thorough and helps me to do my due diligence on a property before purchasing. She has intimate knowledge of the local market and connections with many vendors in the local market to help solve any hiccups in a transaction, whether buying or selling.

Alison is my parents realtor, so that’s how’s we found her. She replaced another realtor we were using and I immediately saw the difference in her approach. Not only is she kind but she helped us financially because it was our first home she offered to put down cash to help us with the closing fees. She also got the sellers realtor to match it. She also paid for a house clean. She’s responsive, thorough, and helpful even after the sell of the house she continues to help. Can’t say enough good things about her!

Alison did a great job she was there ever step of the.process to help and advise. She is a great resource for inspectors and trades people. Everything went as explained without problems. Thanks Alison.

She was very friendly. Also explained everything to make it simple for us(first time home-seller). And very kind. Amazing at helping and thinking from our perspective. Also sold out property very quickly. She is truly amazing would recommend her a a realtor.

Alison is a perfectionist- she had a clear vision of what she felt needed to be done to get our home into a perfect, sellable condition. We needed to sell our house from out of state, but with Alison’s help it was no hindrance. She orchestrated all the various contractors needed to prepare the house for market. She worked quickly and tirelessly and when it was time she immediately held an open house and got two offers within the first week. She is easy to communicate with via text and very attentive. I would recommend Alison Hurd if you’re looking for an agent who will work hard, give you a lot of attention and help you through the process of selling your house.

Alison is a consummate professional, never wavering, even during a difficult time for me, the seller. We got an excellent price for the property...but more than that, Alison truly cares about her clients and wants the best for them. Her 30 years of experience was evident, especially during inspection and appraisal. Thankyou Alison.

I cannot overstate Alison's professionalism and attention to detail. She obtained estimates and oversaw numerous repairs in my absence. She is a very positive person and you can count on her to deliver on her promises.

If you listen to Alison's recommendations, your home will sell. She is intelligent, knowledgeable, and communicates with the utmost professionalism. Selling a home is stressful. Alison removed the stress from the process. She has a great personality and sense of humor which is important, especially when selling your home. We can't recommend her enough.
