For the fee we paid him to handle the paperwork, he WAY overdelivered. We had problems with our inspection coming in low. Nathan went to bat for us BIG TIME. Way beyond what we'd agreed to... simply do the paperwork. Got us THOUSANDS extra vs. if the first appraisal went through. For us as a buyer, he helped us win a fight against multiple other offers and helped close on a very tight deadline imposed by the sellers. Honestly, I don't know what we would have done without Nathan!

I was pretty nervous about my first time buying a home, uncertain about the process and the many details that come with such a momentous occasion.
