Nathan McKindles

My husband and I have been working with Nathan for over a year , we found Nathan very patient for filling our needs until we found our Beautiful home .. We would highly recommend Nathan anytime to friends and family!

At first we were a little bit skeptical of Nathan Mckindles because he's a bit young and therefore new to the profession, but he seemed quite ambitious and technologically savvy so we gave him a shot. A lot of real estate agents that are older and have been in the industry longer tend to get stuck in their ways and fail to embrace new technology and methods to their detriment. For instance, our prior agent from a different company spent 6 months trying to sell our house with no success and since we didn't even live in our home anymore, we bled money the whole time. When we put Nathan on the job, he went about his job aggressively, giving us advice about how we could increase the value and visibility of our home. He even offered to pay for some of the costs associated with fixing some of the issues. He then literally had a buyer for our house A DAY BEFORE IT OFFICIALLY WENT ON THE MARKET! Unfortunately, the buyer ended up having personal financing issues, so they had to back out. That wasn't a big problem though because, again, Nathan found 2 more buyers less than a week later, both of whom engaged in a bidding war. Originally, all my wife and I wanted to do was get out from under our house as quickly as possible, but with Nathan on the job, we achieved that objective and ALSO ended up with an unexpected $15,000 extra in our pockets. To be fair, I suspect that we did get lucky in some regards, but I'm certain we wouldn't have gotten lucky if Nathan hadn't fought hard for us. We highly recommend.
