Nathan Krueger

I recently purchased a home in Spring Hill, Florida and am relocating from New Jersey but it would not have been possible without my truly knowledgeable, honest, trustworthy, real estate professional Nathan Krueger. To briefly describe my experience with Nathan I will start by saying my timeline for viewing homes was short and Nathan began our business relationship by clearing his schedule. We viewed homes in his precise, coordinated schedule that allowed for the appointments to transition smoothly. At each home, upon our arrival, Nathan arranged a folder which detailed all of the homes pertinent information and he further explained the important details such as: dates of construction permits, new roof dates, flood area etc. His professionalism, attention to detail, knowledge of the area and pointing out important factors of a home were prevalent from the beginning and really worth mentioning. The next and most important conclusion to my experience was his honestly and evident passion for making sure the purchase was in my best interest and not just another sale. Through my own decision I ended up purchasing a home at a higher price point because my plans suddenly changed but he still gave me advice and was transparent about how to make another previously viewed less expensive home work for me and my family. Every home we viewed, even a cheap potential fixer upper, he took his time showing and engaged in conversations for what’s best for my family and it was never about the price or making a quick sale. I called Nathan at all hours of the day and he always answered and was with me throughout the entire process. It is important for me to provide such a lengthy review as a sense to “pay it forward” for someone who is about to make a important decision as buying a home and knowing that they cannot be in better hands then with Nathan Krueger. I could continue but the important factors are evidently stated and thanks again Nathan.

From the first meeting with Nathan he was like family. He was extremely responsive to all of our questions and answered them thoroughly. He walked us thru each step of the purchasing process . There was a detailed explanation given to us with regards to the contract. He continued to follow up with us while the sale paper work was in process. We sincerely appreciated him as our realtor especially since we are new to the area and were unsure where things were. I guarantee that with any future real estate transactions we will absolutely use Nathan.
