Nathan Hollingshead

Nathan Hollingshead head is a Buyer's Agent extraordinaire. My situation was uniques & qualifications to my property specific. Nathan & I must have looked at 50 or 60 properties, to no avail, until we found the one we closed on today. It was gard to do because I lived in another county about 50 miles away. There were a few repairs that the seller agreed to do to satisfy the Appraiser. One of the things was to replace the gutters on the frontyard side of the home. Turned out when the Appraiser came for final inspection, the seller did not put downspouts on the new gutters. The sellers were out of town, having pre-signed their part of the clising documents beforehand, now wanted to wait until they returned to fix the downspouts themselves because it was too expensive for them to hire someone to fix it. The closing was going to be delayed for yet another date & time had run out where I was living. So Nathan signed a "Waiver of Liability" releasing the sellers from any liability & went over in dark to put up those very same downspouts by flashlight. That's just one example of how Nathan goes above & beyond the call of duty for his Buyer. The best example of Nathan's hard work was today at my Closing. On Wednesday 10/28/2020 at 7:30am, on the way to a business meeting, I was T-boned in a horrific car accident. They had to use the Jaws of Life to cut me out of my Mini Van. My Closing was supposed to be on Friday, 10/30, but I had just been in an accident with Life Altering Catastrophic Injuries. I had a broken leg with a compound fracture, dislocated shoulder & pinky, 3 broken ribs & a twisted knee. I had one surgery on my leg, with 2 more planned in near future to completely repair my foot that was on backwards; yes, backwards! Nathan got an emergency postponement until today, 11/10. He got the Closing Docs from Title Company in Spring Hill & found a mobile Notary to come to the Rehab Center where I am recovering to a bedside Closing! Nathan, my SuperH
