Selling a house remotely needs a local agent who knows the local market and vendors. Enter Nathan!
We needed to sell a family member's house. As we are not local to Woodstock, we needed an agent who knows the local market and could also coordinate the cleanout of the house and the repairs it needed in order to list. Nathan was able to do all that for us and was very helpful with suggestions about repairs, color palette, etc. He is easy to work with and helped make this experience much less painless for us that it could have been. Once the house was listed, it sold rather quickly. His knowledge of the area and his ability to handle the work schedule were instrumental in the sale.
