Our unique situation showed the extent to which a realtor can be a great asset if you need to sell and are not local. When faced with an estate property that no one in the family was in a position to keep, we had to find a team who would do more than just list our property. We interviewed a few different realtors during a visit to Blue Ridge. Nathan went above and beyond from our first contact in helping us find resources and repair people, contacts within the community and he went to check on the property multiple times on our behalf when we were a two day drive away. This was all before we even listed the property! Ours was not an expensive listing nor was it an easy property to sell as there was a considerable amount work to be done before it could again become the cherished vacation home it had been in the past. We were not in the position to make those investments so we had to wait for a buyer with the vision to see the value in our property. Kristy and Nathan guided us well and we felt well represented by this knowledgeable team
