I was trying to sell my mother’s property after her death. I had rented her home for years but grew tired of the landlord hassles. I called Nathan Fitts Realty and spoke with Nathan about listing the property. Nathan assigned Kristy Baugh as my agent. I worked with Kristy from October till the sale of the property in March 2022. I live in Atlanta and 2 hours form McCaysville. Kristy being a local resident knew all the participants in the sale of the property. She was instrumental in orchestrating with me in Atlanta. She performed many tasks aiding the final sale of the property. She checked on the property, changed the thermostat in the winter, hand delivered notices to the tenant of the property, etc. She spoke with me frequently on the phone and thru e-mail. Her attention to this service was at a top-level. She was able to secure the right person for the property and the listing closed in March.
