Nathan Fitts & his team recently marketed and sold my second home in Morganton. I had been coming to the area for many years and always heard about Nathan and how successful he was from friends and neighbors that had used him and how much they enjoyed working with him. Even though I didn't purchase through his firm when I bought, I'm so glad I chose him to help me sell. The experience with him and his entire team was an entirely different level of experience and professionalism than I experienced with the previous agent. I felt completely comfortable and confident from the beginning and with the decisions they recommended from the pricing of the cabin to what we should and should not offer to repair. There were a couple of challenges, but they jumped in and handled and knew exactly how and what to do and they did it like true pros. I will have to say the experience is priceless especially for sellers such as myself who lives out of town and need somebody who can not only sell a property but get it to closing in challenging times. While we missed the height of the market and struggled with unfavorable market conditions, we were still able to sell at a satisfactory price and close on our terms. I can't say enough good things about Nathan and how professionally he handled the sale of my home. The sale was not under the best of circumstances and I didn't know Nathan prior to this transaction. He was actually assigned to list the house by court order (which is creditability right there if the judges are leaning on him). From the beginning he took control of the situation and walked us through how and what we needed to do to sell the home and his recommendations were spot on. He also did a beautiful job of staying neutral (divorce situation) and making both of us feel comfortable and that we were being represented but making it very clear that he would not allow us to veer off course when we would get emotional from time to time based upon the situation. He did a great job marketing and advertising the house and he was very professional and honest when we got an offer about where the market was and led us to make the best decision.
