I have never seen such hard work and dedication from anyone I've ever worked with both personally and professionally. My wife and I were working with a different realtor that did not understand our needs. We reached out to Kerri, and she was so responsive. I met with Cody the following day and we landed on the cabin of our dreams!!! The lender we were working with could not obtain the loan for us and we were devastated. When we told Cody & Kerri they told us not to worry and sent us to a miracle worker, Jerry Blevins. They had the chance to find another buyer for the property however they did not give up on us. They worked tirelessly to get us into the cabin of our dream and they did!!!!! We are forever grateful for them for doing so. We can whole heartedly say that we could not have done this without them. They truly care about people and are amazing at what they do. I will only recommend them from here on out!!!! If you are debating on contacting them, DONT!!! He’s the BEST! It’s that simple. I am in the business and have been for over 20 years, I’ve bought and sold many homes and encountered thousands of agents. Nathan is simply the absolute best at what he does. I chose to use Nathan even though I could have represented myself but not being from the area I knew how important it was to have someone with his skills, knowledge and relationships to serve my interest best.
