I’m in my 70’s and have lived in my house 30+ years. I had very mixed feelings about moving. Natasha took time to walk through the house and listened to stories about my life there. Natasha talked to me about different ways to list and sell. Natasha was very positive that it would sell fast and for asking price. It went on the market on a Monday and we accepted a bid on Wednesday. Natasha kept me updated on all the showings. My neighbor was impressed with how many people came through in those 3 days. Natasha was positive, compassionate, she told me to call her anytime if I was feeling uneasy about moving on to a new place. Natasha even helped use carry a somethings to the curb for a bulk pick up.
