I don't even know where to begin with Natalie White! We had selected Natalie as a realtor back in July of 2017 knowing that we likely wouldn't buy until early 2018 or spring of 2018. Even with the huge time gap, Natalie sent us houses that met our criteria daily and was always so prompt with responding to us in the meantime with any first time home buyer or general questions that we had. Her knowledge and professionalism sets her above and beyond! Being that she grew up in the Quad Cities, has family still in the Quad Cities and has worked here for many years here, she knew the market like the back of her hand! My absolute favorite thing about Natalie is that she makes the entire process seem so easy and stress free! She is always so honest and makes you feel like her friend and like she genuinely cares about making sure that you find the home that is best for you, regardless of how long it takes or how many you have to look at. Anytime a house came up that we were interested in seeing, if she was not available-she had one of her colleagues lined up to make sure we got in to see it! When our dream house came up on the market in March, we knew just from pictures, it was the one! We were so excited to see it, we literally could not sleep. Natalie was unavailable to show it to us, but lined up A coworker first thing the next morning to give us a tour. From there, Natalie worked with us in making the closing process quick, easy and efficient. If we ever decide to move, Natalie will be my first phone call!
