Natalie somehow made moving from a different state nearly stress-free! She was very flexible with our timeline and availability. She offered recordings of houses we were interested in if we were not available to see it in person, and pointed out the good (but more importantly, the bad) with each house we visited. We actually would not have been able to purchase our home without her! There were two houses we were interested in with the same deadline. We had to choose one and got rejected on the one we made an offer on. We didn't even think about the second house we were interested in since the deadline had passed, but Natalie reached out to the realtor, and sure enough, the deadline had been extended! We never asked her to check on the second house, but she went out of her way to check for us, and our offer was accepted! Natalie is the kind of realtor that looks out for her clients and goes above and beyond to make sure her clients have a smooth transition from home to home. She has provided us with so many resources that would otherwise be overwhelming to find on our own, and we feel so lucky that we scored such a wonderful realtor.

Natalie White was astounding regarding the sale of our home in Davenport, IA. The attention to detail, the friendliness, eagerness to please, and the professionalism was amazing. Not a hitch to our closing. This property sold in the dead of winter, around the holiday season. Everyone said to take it off the market, but we had faith in Natalie and her team. Brava to you all. IF THERE WERE 10 STARS WE WOULD GIVE THEM TO NATALIE. We had our home listed with another agent for over six months with very little if any traffic. And this was supposedly a top agent. HOWEVER - once Natalie had the listing it took off. We had over 10,000 views we had showing almost weekly and in the end we had several buyers which helped us to get our full asking price in a market that no one was getting full offers. Natalie went above and beyond what the normal listing agent does for a property. I have sold more than 15 homes and this was by far one of the best experiences I've had with an agent. It's the first time I did not feel bad about paying the commission. If you want an agent who is smart, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and honest...LOOK NO FURTHER - NATALIE WHITE IS THE ONE FOR YOU. PS - BE VERY CAREFUL OF A LOCAL COMPANY THAT DOESN'T TELL YOU THEY ARE NOT GOING TO LIST YOUR PROPERTY ON ZILLOW OR TRULIA. THEY SAY IT'S COMPANY POLICY...IT'S COMPANY POLICY BECAUSE THEY WANT THEIR AGENTS TO GET THE COMMISSION ON BOTH SIDES. OUR FORMER AGENT DID US A GREAT DISSERVICE BECAUSE HER COMPANY SUPPOSEDLY DOESN'T ALLOW THEM TO LIST ON THOSE TWO SERVICES. SOMETHING SHE DIDN'T TELL US UNTIL SIX MONTHS INTO THE LISTING. FOREWARNED IS FOREARMED.
