Natalie somehow made moving from a different state nearly stress-free! She was very flexible with our timeline and availability. She offered recordings of houses we were interested in if we were not available to see it in person, and pointed out the good (but more importantly, the bad) with each house we visited. We actually would not have been able to purchase our home without her! There were two houses we were interested in with the same deadline. We had to choose one and got rejected on the one we made an offer on. We didn't even think about the second house we were interested in since the deadline had passed, but Natalie reached out to the realtor, and sure enough, the deadline had been extended! We never asked her to check on the second house, but she went out of her way to check for us, and our offer was accepted! Natalie is the kind of realtor that looks out for her clients and goes above and beyond to make sure her clients have a smooth transition from home to home. She has provided us with so many resources that would otherwise be overwhelming to find on our own, and we feel so lucky that we scored such a wonderful realtor.

Natalie was amazing! She was thurough with her research and spot-on with the list price. She prepared us well in advance for required documents and planning appointments, which made the process much less stressful.
