Natalie was amazing to work with- she was always available at the drop of a hat to come look at a house, meet to discuss any questions and assisting with anything we needed to buy and sell. She is extremely knowledgeable in regards to home pricing, important things to look for, contacts for contractors, etc. I loved working with Natalie and she made everything so easy!

Natalie stuck with us through SO many houses - if she wasn't available, she'd make sure we could still get in a take a look on our schedule. It paid off and we finally found a house that fit us with a smooth closing process, even during a pandemic.

Natalie was wonderful to work with in the sale of my condo. The listing photos looked amazing, I had lots of showings and was under contract quickly in a tough market. Natalie was an absolute gift to us, especially as first-time buyers who were really figuring things out on the fly. My partner is a high school teacher and i manage a bar, and so our schedules provided only very small windows on particular days to view properties. Natalie nevertheless enabled us to visit many, many homes; she was relentlessly accommodating to our particular needs. But perhaps the most significant thing that me and my partner took away from working with Natalie, the most important thing in our journey toward purchasing the home we now live in and love, is this: Natalie listens, and she acts on that listening. I wish there was a spot to give Natalie 5 stars on PATIENCE. We looked for our "forever home" for nearly 18 months (with close to 30 showings) and Natalie was supportive and solid the entire time. To say we were picky would be a gross understatement, but Natalie never made us feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. If anything, she put herself in our shoes along the way and made us feel as though she herself were purchasing the home for her own family. She asked thoughtful questions that really made us think about the home we wanted to fit us for a long time. She really took our lifestyle and family into consideration each time she sent a recommendation that would be good for us and our kiddos - now and 30 years from now. She was proactive and responsive in her communication - we could reach her all hours of the day (I would text her about a property at 10 pm and she would have a tour set-up for 9 am the following morning). Natalie made the home purchasing experience so much fun! She would even play with our kids in the backyard so my husband and I could get a good look at a home without any distractions. When it came to making offers and finally purchasing our home, she was so knowledgeable and knew all the right questions to ask and local experts to call when we had challenging answers to track down. If you want someone who genuinely cares about YOU and not just another sale, Natalie is that person.
