The home at Nature Scene Dr. was not in a saleable state due to damage by former tenants. Natalie helped me line up contractors and get the necessary renovations done at minimal cost. As a result I was able to get a very good price for this home compared to market. I live in Canada and with the COVID travel restrictions at the time, could not go to Las Vegas. Everything had to be done by phone and email. I could not have done this without Natalie’s help.
