Natalie assisted with the sale of my parent's home. In the best of circumstances the sale of a house can be a complicated process. In this case she helped coordinate paperwork to two different trustees in a different state that live 600 miles apart. She advised and help retain needed repairs or upgrades that would in sure a quick sale at asking price. All of which she delivered. We received asking price with the home on the market for one week in December. As if that was not enough, she organized signing for me ahead of close because I was going to be 6000 miles away at the close of escrow. I cannot recommend Natalie highly enough!
