We LOVED working with Natalie on our first time home buying journey! Our family was busting at the seams in our long term rental and we were ready for our first home and more space. We preferred living in the 89129 zip code area and had a few requirements, like a 4 bedroom house, a yard for our kids to be able to enjoy, and preferably in a gated community. She was really patient with us in my indecision on what type of place I wanted . It took a year to find my place and I ultimately went with a rental instead of main residence. She was always up n ready to show me all the places I was interested in and was patient with my older mom and the electronic paperwork. Natalie sold a single dwelling rented house for me. Mortgage rates while listed went up to 7- 8% Natalie identified improvements needed to make the house more marketable and even assisted me in getting this done, as I live out of state and far away from the property.
