After having two previous realtors involved, Nancy sold our house at our asking price on the first day it was listed with her! She shepherded us through needed renovations (found on the inspection) and communicated frequently with both us and the purchasing agent. She was VERY helpful in negotiating with the buyers' agent. We are currently selling another home and wouldn't even consider using another agent. She knows the market in a large, multi-county area.

Nancy Zubler-Turner was very professional and kept us updated even tho the seller wasn’t very helpful. We were buying land in central Florida while living in Oklahoma.
