We had some issues with our roof, our adjustor, roofers and getting it done on time and Nancy was right there with us to help and support. She went above and beyond to go talk to the people we needed to talk to in order to get paperwork from them correctly and on time. From start to finish they exhibited knowledge of the very dynamic market for selling mountain property. As we were out of state when we decided to sell and remained absent until after under contract, Nancy worked as if she was the owner, preparing her own house for sale. This involved many crazy tasks like sweeping up the porch and patio after a heavy rainstorm with wind deposited debris all over the place or arranging a painter to show up within a few days to paint the cottage.
