Nancy did a great job of helping us not only buy our new home in Canton, but she helped us sell our home in Wadsworth. She was always available and answered all of our questions. Everything was done efficiently and on time!! Thanks Nancy!!

We had recently moved to Ohio from North Carolina when we began our house search, and Nancy was such an invaluable asset! She listened - really listened - to our desires and thoughtfully suggested areas we should look to meet our parameters. Prompt and responsive, Nancy made us feel like we were her only clients. Several times I texted her a few hours before I wanted to see a listing and she always made it happen, no matter how far away the house might be (we looked about a 60-mile radius of Akron, in pretty much each direction). When we finally found our forever home, Nancy's negotiation skills were sharp and efficient. The sellers (and their agent) were difficult to deal with throughout our transaction, but Nancy's professionalism shone through as she navigated us through each obstacle successfully. I don't plan to move again, but if we must, Nancy will be my first call.

Nancy helped us find our current home in February 2008 and did a marvelous job; we were very pleased. Since we are a little older and retirement is around the corner we thought we might sell our home and get a condo. We called Nancy and she located several in the area we wanted and she was always johnny-on-the-spot with return calls, emails and text messages. She showed us several condos but after viewing them we decided to stay in our current home. Nancy understood and was very gracious about us making the decision and mentioned that if we are happy where we are then we should stay where we are.

Extremely nice and friendly person and a pleasure to work with. Hard working realtor that always put my interests first. Very highly recommended for all your real estate needs.

Nancy was very honest and up front about all area's of the process of purchasing our new home. I would recommend her and have recommended her to others and my husband and I would not use any other Realtor. She's great and really does care about your wants and needs and your financials.
