I have a background in Real Estate, so I know what is important when looking for a great Realtor. Number 1 is that your agent must always have your back. They need to support you and not back down when challenged. I know from experience that Nancy will not back down when challenged. What I did not expect when I met with Nancy to list my home was how extensive her marketing portfolio is. She absolutely blew me away with her market analysis presentation. She offers programs and buying/selling tools that I didn't even know exist. Nancy has surrounded herself with a fantastic team of people who have an answer for every question or problem that may arise. Given the climate we were trying to sell our home in, I wasn't filled with confidence we would sell, but Nancy got it done, and a lot quicker than I would have guessed. Bottom like is that Nancy knows what she is doing. If you truly want to sell your home, you have to listen to her and take her advice.
