They need to support you and not back down when challenged. I know from experience that Nancy will not back down when challenged. What I did not expect when I met with Nancy to list my home was how extensive her marketing portfolio is. She absolutely blew me away with her market analysis presentation. She offers programs and buying/selling tools that I didn't even know exist. Nancy has surrounded herself with a fantastic team of people who have an answer for every question or problem that may arise. Given the climate we were trying to sell our home in, I wasn't filled with confidence we would sell, but Nancy got it done, and a lot quicker than I would have guessed.
