Nancy Heflin

Nancy was referred to me by a family friend 9 years ago, and she helped me purchase my place, then managed it, and finally sold it this summer. She has always been timely in her responses and I've never had to worry my place was in her capable hands as I lived overseas. She went above and beyond to take care of many "ankle bitter" issues that came up in regards to getting all necessary repairs done before selling. I was so fortunate to have her recommended to me!

Nancy was very helpful in buying and then selling my home in the San Elijo hills area. This is a very short summary of her excellent work, but you will get the picture of her quality of work. We were the first to view a newly foreclosed home with a nice location and view and were the first and only offer. When it came time to sell, we went into contract quickly and over asking. She took care of all the issues, including questioning and responding to the buyers home inspection. I was out of town and in a new location so I had to depend on her for everything. <br/><br/>Long story short, she is the best at helping her clients and if you should choose another realtor in the area it will be your loss. Nancy was extremely helpful on every level. She had great knowledge of the area, helped me with every question/concern along the way, was very patient while I said no to everything and really went "to bat" for me during the closing process.
