Nancy is knowledgeable, experienced, generous, helpful, and has a great work ethic.
Nancy knows the market inside and out. She's had decades of experience in the area that puts her in good stead to sell a house in Palo Alto. She does the little things that make a big difference, like putting out a huge door mat at our front door for people to wipe their feet, take their shoes off, shake out their umbrella, whatever, during rainy days, which we had for our open house in early February. She is a great communicator, using tools such as texting and email effectively. Yet, she wasn't intrusive and respected our privacy at all times. We had an owner-occupied open house, as opposed to a full staging, and she made sure we were comfortable with that. She even had a separate time during the open house for the neighbors to come and see the house! They appreciated that. She and her husband, Rick, kept asking us if there was anything they could do to help us out and from time to time we took them up on it. Nancy was professional at all times, yet very personable and not stand-offish at all. She knew what to do when, and guided us through the many pages of disclosures that are required of a seller, even though it was a tough slog for us. Nancy's work ethic is exceptional. She put in the time (and more) that it takes to have a successful outcome, doing the research that helps insure a great result. She is generous in every way, even giving back to the community in terms of her philanthropy. We chose her because we attended a couple of the seminars for seniors that she gave on downsizing and selling a house, and because of the many good things we had heard about her. We never regretted making that decision!
