Nancy is a well known phenomenon in the community for her decades' long advocacy of Seniors, having created workshops to help Seniors make housing decisions and many other activities that were gifts. Having watched as Nancy sold the house of a friend, I vowed I would sell my house before Nancy retired and engage Nancy. And I succeeded. Nancy and her husband, Rick, guided me through a real-estate experience that was entirely new to me as a retired woman who was also a first-time home seller.
