Nancy Goldcamp

A friend recommended Nancy, and am I happy for that recommendation!! I can't possibly imagine a more professional, smart, calm, helpful, kind agent! When I contacted her, I knew there would be some challenges, for example, needing to stage, show, and sell my house while we were still living there. No problem. But then she had to shepherd us through a family medical emergency, just when she was about to present us an offer. No problem. She brought in trusted vendors for the extra help I needed: painters, house cleaners, home staging, someone to help me "de-clutter" and take donations to charitable organizations, etc. Nancy navigated her way through our family challenges, always calm, always there with a a suggestion, an answer, a quick call back, and a hug when it all seemed like more I could handle. And then there was her super helpful husband Rick who repaired or replaced items in the house, and who would be at the house when I couldn't be. He posted items on Nextdoor to help me "unload" things I couldn't take to my next (smaller) abode. And at the end of the day, Nancy brought in an offer higher than asking price with minimal contingencies. The sale closed in the extremely short time frame that I needed. Wow! Thank you, Nancy! If you need a Realtor, Nancy's the one!

Nancy Goldcamp did an outstanding job and I would highly recommend her. Her experience , sensitivity and expertise were invaluable when it came to navigating this fairly complex and multi-faceted real estate transaction. As an “out of town” seller, I relied on Nancy (and her husband Rick) to be the “boots on the ground”. Both acted with absolute integrity and honesty. Nancy is a consummate professional who does the job quickly, efficiently and fairly. I was very impressed with Nancy’s work ethic and the sheer number of “contacts” that both she and Rick have They seemed to know a person who could handle every conceivable job or task that needed doing in order to ready the house for sale. And,to top it all off, Nancy and Rick are just really lovely people. “Five Stars” across the board.

This was my second time having Nancy Goldcamp sell a house for/with me, and she again exceeded all expectations. She arrived at our first meeting with considerable preparation already done on the property and neighborhood. She recommended wonderful people who helped with the clean-out, with rehoming and consignment shop placements; she knew of truckers who moved small loads and arranged for the final deep cleaning of the house. Her husband Rick is a terrific asset: an excellent handyman for small but crucial fixes and ever-present for various inspections. (We sellers live out of town.) Nancy coordinated all work with the title company and kept the heavy flow of paperwork running smoothly; everything was well-explained. She staged the house to maximize its charm, and we had a buyer by the second weekend of open house. Nancy suggested an asking price that suited us, and we got an offer that also suited us fine. Nancy is a gracious and unflappable person. She had warm sympathy for our more than occasional lapses into nostalgia and family history. She brought us cookies and a warm loaf of great bakery bread on one particularly grueling day of making hard choices of what to keep and what to toss. It was a great pleasure to work with Nancy and Rick. They have my highest respect, admiration, and recommendation.

Nancy was gracious and patient throughout the process to sell the property in Los Altos. She provided supplies and locations where to recycle. Her contact information is phenomenal for staging and cost effective. Her contact with the company, Wash Me, was cost effective for cleaning the property inside and outside, providing a home that sparkled. She provided the painter, again , very efficient and cost effective. Rick, provided many services including repairs, contact information for inspections, availability for contractors, wisdom to help me understand various ideas, planning, and strategies. Both Nancy and Rick were extremely pleasant, with good strategic ideas, decorating and good customer support. It was a wonderful and smooth transaction with no stress. I love them both. Both of them provided me a great deal of comfort during a stressful time in my life. Thanks to Nancy & Rick, I would not hesitate to utilize their services in the future. ❤️

Nancy made my property look so wonderful- when I saw what she was able to do I thought I would really like to buy this home-she knows so much about putting a Homs best foot forward. Nacy and her team were wonderful to work with in this selling of my home- I really enjoyed the experience and thrilled with the outcome-so happy!!!

Nancy was terrific to work with - very thorough, doing extra walk throughs, reviewing title and condominium declarations and making my remote purchase extremely easy!
