Nancy Goldcamp has special expertise in helping seniors sell their home and move into alternative housing. She used many resources for the rehousing of possessions. She called friends, used social media, made trips to Goodwill. She understood how to market my house as a family home and how to show it while I was still an occupant. Her husband, Rick, is part of the team, did minor repairs himself and supervised repairs that needed more expertise. Nancy was careful to guide me through every step of the sales process. My house sold within a week of being on the market and over the asking price. In the few months between hiring Nancy and the close of escrow, I felt I developed a personal relationship with her.
