Nancy was recommended to me by a friend who had already worked with her several times to make home purchases in Kailua, and she lived up to that strong recommendation. She was not only delightful to work with as a person, but also very well informed in terms of the market and the neighborhood, super-attentive in terms of walking us through all of the steps needed to figure out what we really wanted (and, that took a while, let's be clear), making a bid, and then getting our new place ready to enjoy. We dithered for a while between what kind of house we wanted before shifting our attention to smaller, condominium units, and Nancy just followed our lead as we eventually figured out that a condo was actually what we wanted. Once that hard part was over, she quickly found us an ideal unit, and our bid was accepted; but Nancy's attentiveness and helpfulness did not end there! She helped us with the inspections, the necessary repairs, and making sure we knew how to get the internet hooked up. She was available by phone, by email, and by text at all hours. She was so patient and kind. She is Just. The. Best. While I don't think we'll be in the market for a new home any time soon, I do know for sure that I wouldn't hesitate to call her again.
