Awesome Communication
From Day One Nancy was on top of preparing to sell our house. She first created a Market Analysis to determine pricing in our area. She then came back, photographed our property and house and created a very accurate and attractive listing. Once the listing was published, she communicated with us about every showing, potential buyers and their offers. We had interest from all over the Country! The property was under contract within 8 days. Nancy then took part in each inspection, let us know results, communicated with buyer's agent, set up closing at the title company and was there with us when we closed the sale.
