Nanci's skill set is wide ranging and she is a professional of the highest quality. Nanci was our agent for buying this property as a rental in 2010, and in 2018 we went to her to sell the property which by that time need substantial rehabilitation. She guided us through the rehab with knowledge and experience on all of the complications we encountered. When the property was ready to sell, her expertise in marketing was invaluable. After 3 days of open houses, 5 offers were received, 3 well over asking.
