Nance Wendel

Nance was wonderful! We had a special situation where five of us inherited a house that we had to sell. Three out of the five of us did not even live in Florida. Nance was very knowledgeable about the area and gave us a lot of much needed advice on our sale. She was patient and very kind with us. She set aside a lot of her personal time to communicate with each of us. There were a few hiccups along the way that had nothing to do with Nance. It had more to do with our lawyer and some last-minute issues with the house. She was great at walking us through these issues and making some great recommendations on what we could do to get the best value for the house. She was really amazing, and I would highly recommend her to other clients.
