Nan was on top of every step in the selling process and made it so much easier and less stressful for us. This was the first time we sold a house and she made sure we had all of our ducks in a row. She was hands on and we appreciated it greatly. She helped with landscaping, making repairs that were found in inspection, and staging the house to make sure it was presentable and stylish.
