Aloha! My name is Namanu Ka'apana-suzui. I am born and raised on the Big island, I was born in Waimea and raised in Hilo. My roots are deeply grounded in the history of the Big island. As a native on the Big island, I have witnessed it go from small rural towns where everyone knows each other to now becoming more developed into a place of mixed cultures. I have witnessed Kilauea volcano erupt several times and the changes that went on in the community. Since 2003, I have been working in the mortgage industry in the processing department. In my years in the mortgage industry I have worked with many realtors, borrowers, escrow companies, appraisers, loan officers and so much more. I bring over twenty years of experience in real estate, excellent customer service and a commitment to work hard and following through. As a realtor, my first priority is to make my clients happy. I take my clients wants and needs into consideration to achieve a successful outcome in every transaction. I strive to ensure that the home buying process go as stress free as possible and my knowledge in the mortgage industry has given me that opportunity.
