Terri professionally navigated complications of ownership changes while we dealt with the death of a parent who was the owner. All five of the siblings were happy with her communication, knowledge and efficiency. Terri doesn’t overlook or forget the details which resulted in less stress for us during a time when we were not able to put our full efforts into the process. We felt extremely at ease with her taking care of us through this somewhat stressful process. She seems to always be available, so maybe she works too much, but you can tell she loves what she does. She approaches every meeting and conversation with so much enthusiasm and excitement. This process was so fun because of Terri. She helped us find our forever home, but I sort of wish this process wasn’t over because I will miss working with her!!
