I contacted Skip when I was moving to Albuquerque for work. I had seen his videos on YouTube discussing Albuquerque and the housing market. Back in 2022 I first met Skip Adams while house searching online for our move to Albuquerque. We found Skip’s Youtube channel and was impressed with his presentation of various aspects of Albuquerque. Skip was very gracious and showed us a few properties and we settled in Rio Rancho with the help of his capable agent, David Bender.
