"Dear Moti, what a great experience is dealing with you, you are the undisputed best realtor I have ever met! Many thanks for all your help and service !"
"Moti Dover communicated with up to 20 agents who showed the property in the first few days. I believe his relationships with the agents and the MLS did the trick to advertise the property and we had 7 offers in 4 days. Moti walked us through the terms of each offer, and helped us come to a decision. The buyer was successful in obtaining a mortgage and we closed on the property with no delays. I always felt my calls to Moti were welcome, and he continued communications with us at least weekly even after we accepted the offer. By the closing time, Moti had reviewed the HUD statement, and he sat with us during the closing the entire time to ensure we understood all aspects. We truly appreciated the professionalism and personal attention throughout the entire selling process."
Moti was my realtor for several years, and just recently, he successfully negotiated a home purchase deal. Earlier, he helped me to find rental homes. All these years, I found him highly knowledgeable about the market and the entire end-to-end purchase process. He is professional and very patient with his clients. He is informative and thorough in his communication. It has been pleasant working with him.
