We worked with Monte on our recent move, and it was absolutely seamless. When we first started the talks with Monte, he listened to what we were looking for, the area we wanted, what we liked/don't like in houses..all of the smallest details. When it came time to showing and the offer - he talked us through all of it to make sure we had a clear understanding of what was going on. There was some back and forth on the offer and Monte was texting and/or calling to again, talk us through it all, guide us without telling us what to do. He truly made the decision ours while being there every step of the way. Because we are a client of Take Action Realty, we were able to use their moving truck, their dollies, blankets, all of the tools simply as a perk for working with them. It was a seamless process with clear communication throughout. We couldn't have asked for more or be happier with our decision to work with them!
