Until our closing yesterday we had not purchased a home since 1996. Much about the whole buying process, especially that so much was done online, was new to us. Each step of the way Monica and her staff explained the process so we would feel comfortable. It was very reassuring that know Monica will continue to look out us for our questions in the future.
