Monica and Ryan got it done. In a so-so market, they listened to what we needed, were clear on what we wanted, and the results came earlier and higher than I expected. Showings and the process under contract were clearly communicated, flexible when needed. It was clear they had good rapport with the buyers and their agent, as my requests for adjustments were executed with ease. They helped with the little fixes by finding us a plumber and electrician who were great, fast and fair, again, all with zero drama. Greatly appreciate that the sale went off without stress.
