We were a cross country move, we had contacted Monica when we were in Colorado Springs a year before we were ready to move , monica spent a day with us so we could look at houses just to see the areas we were comfortable with and the price point we wanted to be at . A year later we were ready to make the commitment to move , all along Monica kept in touch with us, she looked at houses for us , sending us videos of the homes so we could do the “walk through” with her - she was always professional and we always felt she was had put our best interest first.
