We had the pleasure of working Monica, she was very knowledgeable in the real estate market. She’s very professional, and knows how to get a house sold. She staged our home, and used the best photographer that really highlighted the beauty of our home. Very pleased with everything. We loved that she was at every showing, she always wanted to be there to highlight our home.
From the very first time we spoke, I trusted Monica. She was truthful, direct and reliable. We left it in her hands to make our dreams come true. Thank you Monica, you truly are the best of the best!!

Simply spectacular! Monica helped us managing the whole rental process meanwhile we were abroad. Extremely diligent and efficient. We were lucky to have her as our advisor in this process
Monica Llanos is the realtor that assisted us in selling our home. She is friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable within her field. She was there to answer all of our questions and also assisted us in finding contractors to make the appropriate repairs. She was extremely helpful in resolving major issues that were encountered with our HOA. She did this by taking time out of her busy day to go talk to the clubhouse & HOA personnel. She sat there until we received a response to our requests. She was always cheerful and very understanding, even when I was stressed. We are very grateful to have had her assistance in selling our home.
Monica has 5 properties for sale and sold 9 properties in the last 12 months, showing 4, sorted by most recent activity
