Monica is the most responsive real estate agent I've ever dealt with. I've been looking for a long time on my first real estate investment, and she made this happen. She bends over backwards for you and will respond promptly to you at any time of the day/night. We had problems with the seller at closing, but she took care of it and I didn't have to get involved. I would recommend her to anyone!
