Dearest Monica: Pink Realty is the BEST! From the very beginning of this home selection and purchasing process, we have been nothing but impressed and thankful for Samantha's kindness, thoughtfulness, thoroughness and, especially, calmness!!! She has been nothing but a pure delight to work with. Her knowledge of the area as well as the home was always impressive. We especially love it when we are told "I don't know, but I'll find out!" Our welcome party with the builder was a complete surprise! There was bubbly and charcuterie along with balloons and a ribbon cutting ceremony - the biggest pink scissors we have ever seen! On the morning of our big "signing" day on Tuesday, the walk-through and closing, we found a large absolutely gorgeous gift basket overflowing with numerous goodies! The personalized cutting board is absolutely amazing! All of the gifts were all especially thoughtful! (I have a list!!) Monica - we are ever so grateful for your organization and business acumen!
