I called Pink Realty after reading reviews. I am a former realtor and wanted someone who could provide us with honest answers and most importantly, follow through. Ben Fuller is the nicest person, and I warned him that my husband would have lots of technical questions about each property. He listened and did his due diligence on each property. He was always prompt with any requests and always arrived either early or on time for each appointment. We closed on our forever dream home this week, and couldn't be happier! Thank you, Ben!

So there is that. The agent was patient with me while I decided to sell, but the experience was underwhelming. I felt like the agent was advocating for the buyer more often. In the end, they gave me a nice parting gift for selling with them, but that doesn’t make up for the lack of communication. It was definitely a 3 star experience vs a 5. I didn’t deal with Ms Breckinridge at all, just her associates.

Lisa was great! Knowledgeable and responsive. This was my first time buying and selling at the same time. Lisa and Ana were very helpful and walked us through it. With the market the way it is right now the asking price went from $570k to selling for $500k, which was frustrating.

Everything was made simple for a first time home buyer like us. Can't thank all enough for the awesome help!

Wendy Gallison was our realtor and she gave us the most professional and personal experience ever! She was always on top of things and checking in with us whenever we had questions and concerns. She really advocated for us and ensured that we got everything that we requested. She was so knowledgeable and experienced when it came to selling our house; we really listened and followed through with what she recommended and amazed that we had offers left and right and eventually sold our home quick! I never met or spoke with Monica Breckenridge, so this review is about one of her agents, Seay Phillips. Seay, and her husband, were an absolutely great team. At the time, my wife and I were selling a house in Colorado Springs, CO and Wayzata, MN. The difference in experience between Pink Realty and Edina were night and day. Pink Reality went above and beyond when it came to providing numerous advertising services for the house Colorado Springs house. Pink provided two different forms of walk-through photography, a photographer that shot daytime, aerial, and Twighlight photography, they sent a stager to improve the appearance of my main living spaces, and went as far as to create labels for calling out smart home accessories throughout the house for showings. In contrast, real estate company we dealt with in Minnesota did not offer any such services. Our house sold for exactly what we asked within a week of the open house. We were very pleased with Seay Phillips and highly recommend Pink Realty.
