Very quickly helped me narrow the searches to consider the homes that suited my needs. I was in a very tight schedule since I had to find a home and close before going back to sea. I am a Merchant Marine. She not only did everything on time but exceeded my expectations every step of the way. There were a few snags during the closing that caused delays. Even though it was off her hands and mine, she communicated with the lenders to move things along. I was very happy to have her as my realtor. While working and living in the state of Georgia, I only had a short limited amount of time to search and to inspect a dozen properties in Florida while visiting the State.
