She pays attention to detail and points out things that I would never have thought about when I was purchasing my home recently. She recommended a great mortgage lender and all the vendors she recommended were excellent. She is the best realtor that I have ever worked with and I highly recommend Mondany to anyone.

When she responded to inquiry on a condo in Florida within 15 minutes of me submitting it (not during normal working hours but late one evening), I knew I found the right agent. They are very knowledgeable in South Florida real estate which I now know is like no other real estate market I have ever seen (and not in a good way ... ridiculous taxes, ridiculous HOA fees, wild west in terms of buyer/seller closing cost responsibility norms). They are very easy to work with, very outgoing and very honest and up front. No hard sell or pressure of any kind. I could not have asked for a better Realtor duo!
