Mondany was the best. She was my agent 10 years ago when I was purchasing a home in Boynton Beach. She was there for every phone call always getting back to you promptly with the advise I needed, as I was moving down from NY. Having the knowledge that she had everything went smooth. Ten years later this month I was putting my home on the market and I didn’t think twice as to have Mondany to be my agent again. She was just as wonderful. I have had the misfortune of having to move and sell/buy houses multiple times in multiple different states in the last 15 years. I thought I had worked with some very good Realtors over the years but then I was introduced to Mondany... When she responded to inquiry on a condo in Florida within 15 minutes of me submitting it (not during normal working hours but late one evening), I knew I found the right agent. Mondany and her husband are fantastic! They are very knowledgeable in South Florida real estate which I now know is like no other real estate market I have ever seen (and not in a good way ... ridiculous taxes, ridiculous HOA fees, wild west in terms of buyer/seller closing cost responsibility norms). They are very easy to work with, very outgoing and very honest and up front. No hard sell or pressure of any kind. I could not have asked for a better Realtor duo! If you need to buy or sell in South Florida they are the best you will find.
