Mondany is the quintessential professional. She goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that her clients are satisfied. She advocates for her clients and she is knowledgeable and thorough. She is responsive and always available to answer questions and provide guidance and her professional opinion. She pays attention to detail and points out things that I would never have thought about when I was purchasing my home recently. She recommended a great mortgage lender and all the vendors she recommended were excellent. She is the best realtor that I have ever worked with and I highly recommend Mondany to anyone.

Mondany was fantastic from the start. She was very attentive and would go out of her way to help find the right property for us. Additionally, she had us in mind when in came to the area, type of property and would follow up consistently with the seller and us on status updates throughout the purchasing process. Her communication and honesty were top tier and we will definitely be using her in any future homes in and around the area or beyond!

I have had the misfortune of having to move and sell/buy houses multiple times in multiple different states in the last 15 years. I thought I had worked with some very good Realtors over the years but then I was introduced to Mondany... When she responded to inquiry on a condo in Florida within 15 minutes of me submitting it (not during normal working hours but late one evening), I knew I found the right agent. Mondany and her husband are fantastic! They are very knowledgeable in South Florida real estate which I now know is like no other real estate market I have ever seen (and not in a good way ... ridiculous taxes, ridiculous HOA fees, wild west in terms of buyer/seller closing cost responsibility norms). They are very easy to work with, very outgoing and very honest and up front. No hard sell or pressure of any kind. I could not have asked for a better Realtor duo! If you need to buy or sell in South Florida they are the best you will find.

Where do I start? Mondany is incredibly knowledgeable and very professional. She was so efficient and communicative, it felt as if I was her only client. I was in a dire situation and needed to sell quickly. Not only did her expertise get me a lightning fast offer, it was over asking price and we closed 24 days after listing!
