As sellers, we found Mollie Whipp a pleasure to work with. We can't say enough good things about Mollie and her outstanding skills. She is effective, experienced, and professional and had great advice about how to prepare and present a property that has some acreage along with a residence. Mollie is consistently responsive and pro-active in communications by text, e-mail, and phone, and is willing to go the extra steps to bring a property to the market in a way that brings out its good characteristics. We had moved away by the time we put out house on the market, and Mollie was happy to stop by and supervise various work we needed done to prep the place for sale. The staging service and photographer she suggested did a terrific job of capturing all the things we loved about the place and wanted someone else to see and enjoy. We found her to be very honest, upfront, and direct with us as sellers. We would absolutely recommend her when you are ready to sell your home.

Working with Mollie to buy our first home was a great experience. She made the whole process stress free, especially during COVID. She is always available to answer any question. She is extremely knowledgeable in all things real estate and guided us through every step of the process.
