This is our second time working with Moira, and she continues to be a great, knowledgeable, and fant

This is our second time working with Moira, and she continues to be a great, knowledgeable, and fantastic partner. This go around, she helped find and purchase a house in our preferred neighborhood and helped us sell the home she found for us the first time around. She knows the local market very well, and was able to help us find a great home in the neighborhood we wanted. While looking at homes, she was able to use her vast experience to point out features and potential issues. For selling our house, she was able to give us many good tips on preparations and got us more money than we anticipated. She has a strong network of professionals to help us get what we needed done on our house, we needed to repair the roof on the house we sold, and her recommendation was spot on and they were able to do the work quickly, well, and for a fair price. When we needed additional financing support, she hooked us up with a lender that was able to get us what we needed over a weekend and they gave us better rates and terms than we had found on our own. I really can't recommend Moira enough, if you're looking to buy or sell, you really wouldn't be able to find anyone better.
