Selling a home for the first time can be intimidating, but because Moin was available to assist us every step of the way, the experience was completely stress-free! Thank you again Moin, Eabad, and Marianne for all your help throughout the process! From, Zulfiqar & Saima.
Everything from negotiations until the purchase was stress free and done smoothly. Moin and his staff were excellent with communication and advice. At no point did we feel rushed into making a decision and our questions were answered promptly.
This was my 3rd home transaction with Moin as the agent in the last six years. We bought our first home with him, recently sold that home through him and then bought a new one through him as well. I only have good things to say about the whole experience. Moin is very professional, he is always on time, offers good advise and is always available to listen to your concerns. His office staff (shout out to Marianne!) are also very easy to work with and always coordinate things well.
Buying and selling a house is challenging in all aspects. It requires consistent communication with the agent The agent was available 24/7 to communicate with me and negotiate the prices The process for selling with the agent was also easy and professional My property Iwas also sold through him was also a very easy and professional I will highly recommend him and my believe is anybody represented by him will be a winner in all aspect. Finally process buying & selling through him was treated as a family member
Our deal had. A lot of moving parts and the Haque group was able to assist us in navigating all these and get our deal closed
Over last 2 decades, I used multiple Real estate agents and companies. Dealing with the group of Moin and Eabad was amazing. A group of Professionals who will ask you right questions, will understand your needs and aim to fulfill your needs in a timely, courteous and Professional manner. I will use them again, and will recommend to anyone without reservation.

I had a great experience purchasing my hope. Eabad Haque was knowledgeable, diligent, and very honest. Couldn't have asked for more.
Eabad Haque was my realtor and helped me and my wife purchase a home in Downers Grove while living in Cleveland. Working with him was a great experience - he was very attentive, knowledgeable about the area, and most importantly was honest about the value of homes and whether they would be a good fit or not. Particularly in the current environment, these qualities were essential in helping us find the home that we wanted.
