Eabad Haque was my realtor and helped me and my wife purchase a home in Downers Grove while living in Cleveland. Working with him was a great experience - he was very attentive, knowledgeable about the area, and most importantly was honest about the value of homes and whether they would be a good fit or not. Particularly in the current environment, these qualities were essential in helping us find the home that we wanted.
It was really great to work with Moin and his team. He really does understand how to work with other realtors and he works to calm sometimes tense situations and negotiate to a better resolution. He is always a phone call away to field scenarios of which a few came up in the last 2 weeks before closing. I’ve been working with Moin for 10 years and he has various contacts that will help connect the dots to deliver what you ask. If you are new to real estate I’d recommend you sit and ask him to break down his strategy, his insight is valuable and his targeted approach will help you anticipate the next steps
Moin and Team Haque is your real estate support team from start to finish. They went far and above beyond what a normal agent would do. We would not be able to get through our transaction without them. They got us in, negotiated a phenomenal price and were available to us far after our transaction was completed. These are classy professionals who are very knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely the go to team in Chicagoland.
One of the best Realtor I know. Very professional and caters to all needs and requirements. Goes above and beyond for the client. I totally recommend using his expertise when buying or selling any kind of property.
